For what it's worth, I'm not familiar with the term "Cracker". Being from the Ozark region of Missouri, that makes me a Hillbilly so I may be one. When we want to critisize someones driving we refer to them as "City Slickers" or "Flat Landers". I guess everybody needs their local putdown.
