Now, how would you guys like to get one of these little notices, eh? Of
course, this is just made up to grab your attention. But, my point is, this
is really not-so-far fetched example (in keeping with the times) of what
"could" happen...IF we start taking our liberty for granted.

Somewhere, somehow, people in France let their government get beyond their
control, first, they lost their gun rights and now they are losing their old
military vehicles and that means a portion of their property rights are at
risk. This latest situation might seem trivial to most who could care less
about our hobby, but the overall implications run pretty deep.

This French Constitution, says, and this is for real: " Its principle is
government of the people, by the people, and for the people." Sound
familiar Yanks? But, there's a few people in France who just can't take
this part seriously anymore. And if this part is meaningless for them
(MV'ers), what's next... for the others?

We better take notice and never, never let this happen in America because
the ripples go beyond just old military vehicles. Thats my duex centimes
worth...

Jack
