Well here in the Republic of Kalifornia we have pretty much the same exact
thing. It's called Prop 13. It's one of the good things we do have. And
the way home prices have gone up in the Bay Area the last 5 years. I'm more
grateful to Mr.Paul Gann and Howard Jarvis every day. Bless their souls!
