Sarge are illiterate!

Folks, Sarge has a problem.
If you are not a computer nerd, delete this e-mail now!!!
This does have an MV angle, at least it concerns LOGSA.
I have internet connectivity at two locations, 20 miles apart.
Until about two weeks ago, I could connect to the Logsa home page from both
of my computers.
https://www.logsa.army.mil/
Then suddenly! nothing happened.
What I mean is, I can no longer connect to Logsa from my home computer. It
uses a DSL line (I think? anyhoo, it is always connected) The same thing
always happens, Page not found, connection timed out, server not found, DNS
error, you get the picture.
My farm computer is hooked up through a regular old modem and it connects to
Logsa just fine. The downside is, it takes 3 hours to download a small TM.
At my home computer, a 10MB TM used to take about 15 seconds to download.
I have tried various computer geeks, but no luck so far.
Can anyone on the list point me in the correct direction?
I even tried the support pages at Microsoft, sorry, but I are too illiterate
to understand nerdese.
It is almost certainly due to a mistake that I inadvertantly made, but what?
HELP ME, I'M MELTING!
Thanks in advance!
