Simplified version...
LOGSA pin numbers are now IP matched to a specific computer. So that a
certain pin number can only be used from a certain IP address. All the
crap you are getting on your other computer will be Homeland Security
keeping you busy while they attempt to find out who it is using a pin
number allocated to another computer.
