All my nearby parts stores know I'm the guy with
the big military truck and "tank". So when I ask
for odd stuff, they just try to help me. Maybe
its just down here, but most people I deal with
are either neutral about the MVs or slightly
interested. I even got a collector tag for my 5
from the tag office even though they knew it was
too heavy for it. The manager just deferred to my
use and said it made the most sense, everything
else being for commercial trucks. Of course, it
could have been that I caught her on her last day
before a week long vacation out of town, so she
was in an especially good mood.
