Re: Mistery .30 M1 ammo box

It was a long long time ago, but seems I remember some kind of
additional clips you had to
add to the amo so that you could push them right into your M1. I'm
thinking this
little handle had something to do with those, or possibly there was some
kind of webbing
used with that handle. Also maybe there was some kind of way to clip the
whole ammo box
on to some kind of equipment like a jeep .
