Pinholes in M151A2 body

Hello esteemed list. I have a number of pinholes in the A2 body that I do
not wish to completely cut up and replace with new steel patches. If I
grind the area to bear metal inside and out, shall I use Bondo or learn how
to use lead to fill them in a workmanlike manner? Thank you.
