Hello Raimondo, it's Aussie Robb here:
Upstate, NY area
I was the guy who suggested cut a Jerry Can
add a hinge and place the whole radio inside
Place a power-in socket and maybe an
external loud speaker extension socket.
Also you could run a Gel Cell internally to
power the radio. The whole unit could be
portable or fixed to the floor etc. !
However, my post today is about antenna's.
You ask where can you get a specific type. ?
I don't know, but at last years Tobyhanna/Gilbert
Swap Meet in the Nth East USA I met with
some radio guys because I too, were looking
for radio parts for my jeep.
It might take me a day or two, but I can hunt down some names
and email address's for you to contact the guys from the
Radio Club/s
Best e'gards,

Listers,
It seems that the majority of the Listers is oriented in inserting the
stereo in a ammo box. I like the idea and I shall plan in this direction.
