If it were me, I would get the Georgia title etc. and then just show up at
DMV saying you've moved and want to get WA plates now. Evidently WA state
also has a hate-on for M151A2s according to friends, so I would tend to have
the title avoid mention of "M151A2" and go with something more generic like
"AM GENERAL JEEP".
