What it means is that Arthur's server has your server
listed as having open relay turned on. He has it
listed on what is known as a "White List".
People who send spam use these open relays to send out
there junk to prevent tracing back to them, so in
order to try to curtail open relays the list was
created. Once the person or company turns off the open
relay they will be removed from the list and you will
not get the error message.
We now return to your regularly scheduled mil-veh
topic traffic.
