Have you tried allstate or some others? I've
never heard this problem with Mogs before.

I discussed the air over hydraulic brake issue
with a Federal DMV guy, they are in fact deemed
NOT air brakes. Its an assist, just like vacuum
on a cars (which uses air on the other side of
the diaphragm).
