Shipping cases / toolboxes

I'm looking for one or two of heavy plastic shipping cases or toolboxes
that can endure airline handling to ship a bunch of heavy tools. The
boxes need to be roughly 16x16x28 or so.

Does anyone have anything close? The heavier the plastic the better.
