There are acres and acres of old military training areas that have been
closed down. From W.W.I through Vietnam many bases were closed and are now
lands open to the public. They were cleaned as good as could be at the time
but I'm sure that many, many rounds, both practice and live that didn't go
off, lay in wait for some hunter, hiker or child to pick them up and take
them home as a souvenir. This will happen again! Frankly I'm surprised
that it hasn't!!
Best Regards,
Ed
