I daresay you will find that very few people these days can do manual
HTML code. I am currently helping a bloke with his website and the
amount of dross I have been cleaning out of his files is incredible.
It is all put there by Microshaft Frontpage. I can usually remove
1/3 of the content without any change in the appearance of his pages.
Another 1/3 if I remove the banner ads etc placed by the free site he
uses.

If they are serious about generating extra custom through their web
presence they will take your comments onboard. If however they
don't want to pay Nigel for the work, time and server space to have
a real website then they will just ignore you or get annoyed.

Lets face it, websites such as "Murphy's Junk" need a goodly
supply of coffee, biscuits and time, but they are excellent. I
have no doubt that Murphy pays big money to someone or loves
doing HTML code.
