I'm just saying, what is so unjust with those who use a service to be
the ones who pay for it?

As for the the "easterners" thing. Coming recently from Idaho to NC, I
can tell you that every time I'd read about Boston's "Big Dig" I cringed
at the federal money being spent on a project that would *never* benefit
me or mine. That project alone could balance quite a most of the
maintenance of highways out west easily. It is easy to forget, but a
fact all the same, that much of the 'parkway' and other multilane work
inside larger cities gets federal dollars because the route is also a
federal route; including Boston's Big Dig. So the Wyoming/Easterner
thing isn't as clear cut as it might seem on the surface.
