thats because gasoline costs more in Canada than
the US...even though Canada is a major producer!!!
At one point the Cdn govt bought an oil company to act
as a control on oil companies and also collect some
$$$ it was B-A, became Petro-Can
but the next government sold it back to private
interests..sometimes known as Exxon (Esso in Canada),
Mobil, shell, etc...also now known as "robber barons"
