Don't panic, gentlemen! Issue 116 is at the printers and will be mailed to the subscribers on June 15 (bear in mind, most pay for third class postage, it can take up to three weeks to receive your issue, but usually--in a non-holiday setting--you should have it within 7 days of the mail date.).
I have made the offer before and it is still good: If you have problems with subscription services, just drop me an email or call. It might be a more effective (and appropriate!) approach then just posting to a public forum. If it wasn't for scanning forums, how could the magazine even know you had a concern? Please feel welcome to contact me anytime. My number and email are posted in the magazine.
If you are having worries about your subscription, drop me a private email. Our parent company is in the process of switching to a subscription service center (like most magazines today, that isn't handled by the same office that does the edit, ad sales, design, etc.). It truly is in the process of transition and will be smooth flowing in about a month. In the meantime---though there shouldn't be much concern---feel free to contact me directly with questions regarding your subscription.
