Can anyone ID this ammo magazine?

OOps, meant to put in that this thing is fairly large, it looks like it
would be for 20 or 30mm cartridges. I think it's just a bit too large
for 50 cal.

Picked this up at a local car swap meet. Can anyone tell me what it's
for? Doesn't look US, maybe Russian or Israeli.
