According to information that I have on war model (and other) Federal
trucks, these are "assembled" vehicles in that parts from other
manufacturers were used to make up the trucks. I'm looking for
replacement tilt-out, split windshields for a 1943 medium duty Federal
truck (most of these were dump trucks used in military construction).
An acquaintance told me that my windshield looks very similar to a 1935
Dodge truck windshield, only the Dodge is a one piece windshield. Can
any one help me? All leads appreciated.
