The vehicles I purchased were bought from a state agency here in AZ. It
turned out latter after I stoped buying from them that they were doing some
creative things. The feds said they were stolen. But they did not and could
not confiscate them from the new owners. The agecy I purchased them from
was "alowed to sell the stuff" but the big wigs up the chain didn't know
about it. Thats were I think they acussed everyone "individuls/civilians"
of wrong doing. But they were just trying to cover up there huge screw up.
They had probably sold 100 M151s & a few hummers before I bought a few
vehicles from them.
