As far as the Army is concerned, you'd be disappointed to know that the
majority of our non-tactical GOV fleet is now leased, rather than purchased.
This was a decision made a while back by GAO, I believe, to save us all tax
dollars....Hmm, wonder why my taxes havent gone down yet???? As for tactical
vehicles, check out practically any military oriented magazine...it's all
standard fare, with Special Op's being the exception.
