Dont recognise it at all, Judd. If the 8 digit number you quote is the
chassis number it isn't an early WC frame. Early VC and WC frames were
7 digit starting with an 8, mid and late 1/2 and 3/4 were eight digit
starting with an 8, but the latest number I have is 81601050 for a '42
3/4 ton (from the master parts list) Apparently Army Motors #47 had
some cowl number references, but nothing that ties up with the numbers
you quote. Best thing would be to re-post the chassis number from the
LH front frame leg (between the front hanger and the bumper mount)
