I have a similar trailer but with only one tail light and lunette instead
of ball hitch. Mine also has no provision for brakes and only the one small
ID plate from American Bantam Car Company, Butler, PA , Model T3-C, ser#
17099. The registration states it is a 1944 Bantam, but model T3-c is
probably civilian.
