Anything can happen. I've seen new new stuff marked unservicable and even
had key parts removed by someone on the "inside" so the buyer would get a
good deal and then the missing parts were "found". All you can do is look
at tiems, bid assuming it is unservicable and if it's good, you're in
luck!
