The response from DLA via your senator is the boilerplate government
statement. There is no logic or facts behind it.
I am sorry that I have been unable to put any time into this; right after
the initial eruption of this topic, my wife became seriously ill. I have
not had much time for anything since then. I am glad that you are
continuing to persue this. To get beyond the boilerplate type of thinking,
some congressman has to get interested enough to really investigate, not
just pass along the canned response.
