Even here in Scotland we have Dodges with no cargo bed, and I'd guess
that you would have to buy a complete truck in poor condition and break
it just to get the bed, as I dont know of any loose ones. Be aware of
the wood content too - you will only get sides, front, and tailgate, -
floor and bracing is all wood on mine and will cost a lot to replace
(1" Oak like my Carryall I think) Good news is that the beds appear to
be made of thicker metal than the civilian type cabs and appear to last
better, increasing the chance of running across a salvageable bed on a
poorer truck. I would not hazard a guess at value, but chassis / cabs
are not hard to find so one complete with bed is probably worth twice
as much. I'm also told that the original hood bows (on my VC3 1/2 ton)
were all one piece of wood steam bent at the corners - just more
