Question, when I purchased my M38A1 all the date plares were gone.
The engine has a factory rebuild so the serial number on the engine isn't
much help either. Would there be anywhere on the frame that would have
serial numbers that would give me any information about the year of the Jeep
or any other information other than the previous owner telling me it is a 54?
