chemical dipping (or chemical stripping) is nothing for do it yourself.
The liquids which are used are dangerous and you need a lot of them.
You also need more than one liquid. The greatest problem ist to remove
all traces of the stripping liquid when the work is done. This is simple
for small parts, but very complicated for a complex part like a complete
vehicle body. If there is any stripping liquid left behind in a fold or
corner, this liquid will later destroy the new paint of the part. Not
immediatelly, it is a real time bomb.
So try if there is a company near your location who does chemical stripping.
If not, use sand blasting.
