Obviously your engine is not getting enough cooling. My first idea is that there must be
the waterpump that does not pump enough. Second or may be first you should clean and
flush the cooling system. Some times on radiators there tends to build up a layer of
sediments from the water. It is the same thing that happens to coffee machines. You can
clean the system with either citric acid, special cleaner for coffee machines or special
cleaner for radiators.
