I have recently been informed that bases that have tank training programs are
getting rid of excess target tanks for environmental reasons. All you have to
do is be able to remove it plus fill out lots of paper work. Has anyone else
heard of such a program? Does anyone know who to contact other than DRMS who
states they are unavailable? Thanks in advance.
