I've redone vehicle brakes with CuNiFer (Copper/Nickel/ferrous?) and
found it no problem. I would recommend it for older MVs, as the lower
yield and greater flexibility make it a better bet to use with original
MV brass tees and tube fittings. Stainless is superior, but so much
harder that it strips original tees and tube fittings really easily -
the stainless lines I got for the GT350 were a pain to install and are
not quite right even yet. Less someone advise new stainless tees and
tube fittings I would use the DUKW as an example, where there are
special purpose reducing tees mounted in the system, not to mention
fairly soft hose end fittings (when compared with stainless) Gordon,
Bath, England.
