Regular list readers will remember that I had a LARC-5 that I sold some
months ago, and the same purchaser was looking for a LARC-15 for
commercial use. I copied him on a list posting about a LARC-15 for
sale in New York and he has bought that as well, though he is having
trouble getting an export licence for it. As he is converting his
LARC-5s to full hydraulic drive (using John Deere tractor hubs I think)
he will eventually have some spare LARC-5 transmission and hub
components, though they are likely to be of interest primarily to users
in Europe as he is UK East Coast based. Anyone wishing to buy or trade
LARC bits can call him on +44-1493-851291 and ask for Roger Wood. US
users please remember the trans-puddle time difference of at least five
hours ! Thanks again to whoever posted the LARC-15 for sale notice.
