Anyone out there interested in a military CJ3B? One has turned up for sale
not far from my house.
The nomenclature plate is blank in the 'arm of supply or service maintaining
vehicle' space.
Build date is 4/64. It doesn't say M606 on it anywhere, but here's what it
has:
Trailer towing receptacle
Flip out windshield (neat) and KOENIG Iron Works steel top that appears to
have been on the jeep since birth. Also has a neat looking defroster setup.
Bumperettes-been stripped & painted- no info.
Original color(of jeep and top) appears to have been (was) semi-gloss OD.
'no name' tailgate(w/ no braces)
Jeep is licensed and runs well, body has typical jeep rot.
Asking price is a pretty firm $1000.
Located in Moundsville, WV (very nortern part)
