[MV] M42 Command Car Parts Wanted

I am looking for the following parts for the M37 command car (M42). My
understanding is that there was a kit to convert the M37 to an M42 called the
"M42 Command Car Kit" or something like this. Does anyone know where I can
get any of the following parts from this M42 kit:

* map table
* map light w/reel
* map light wiring harness
* manual - explains step by step how to convert M37 to M42
* step - extra rear step for easier acess in cargo bed of M42

I have already talked to Brian Asbury and Mike Metzger. They no longer have
any M42 parts for sale.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
