[MV] What does de-mil deuce mean

I see some deuce and halfs coming up for sale in my area, but the DRMO
says that they must me demilled. What exactly does that mean? I intend to
use the vehicle on my ranch in south texas and not put it on the road. I
would like to bid on and obtain one of these trucks, but not if it's cut
up in pieces.

Can anybody elaborate on this, please?
