[MV] Trailer Questions

I recently aquired an old mil trailer with a welding generator mounted on it.
All of the data plates are missing. The brake light units are the same as on
my WLA so I think that it is of the same vintage. It has 7.50X20 runflat
tires. The stars are still visible and a #3131 on the front panel. The
generator is a 200 amp Wilson. The motor that runs it is a flat head 6.
I plan to take the welding unit off putting a sheet of steel in it and using
it to transport the WLA .
Questions:
1) Is this of WW2 vintage
2) Who made the trailor
3) Does the unit on the trailer have any value to anyone.
4) How much should I have to pay for Used tires
Thanks in advance.
