[MV] 12 volt M-38A1 conversion

I have a parts jeep (M38A1) that I would like to convert for my son to use on
the farm. I am going to use most of the charging system & ignition on a
keeper for myself but we might as well use whats left as an un-original toy
for the farm. Does anyone know how difficult and expensive to get 12volt
conversion parts. Thanks in advance
