Carb, gas pump, distributor are new. New fuel filters.
When air intake hose is removed and throttle is depressed we get gas
vapor blown out of the carb.
We have found one fuel by-pass back to the tank and that appears to be
clear.
Did A2 have some type of governor? Our experience is with earlier
versions.
