[MV] Tire chains

Hi Guys! What is the best way to mount chains on tires? I got new
set today from Sarafan and they look great. They were made in 1985
and cost $25 + ship. I remember that when I was a kid and we used
chains there was a rubber band with 4 hooks to hold chains tight on
tire. These don't have them. Any Idea WHERE TO GET THEM? Thanx
