What's the big deal, really? The guy may or may not scam someone out of 50
bucks. So what? Anyone who can't afford to lose $50 shouldn't be buying a
collector vehicle, Jeep or otherwise. If the initial hit for 50 bucks
drives them away from the hobby, they couldn't have been very committed or
very
well funded so the guy probably did them a favor. I know that, I for one,
have wasted a lot of money on impulsive things I wish had been harder
to get hold of, which would have slowed me down and given me time to
think better of what I was doing. Besides, there are far worse things than
this going on in the World. I think everyone on the list should just
e-mail him and waste a few minutes of his time as a mild payback but even
if you don't it's really not the end of the MV world.
Best wishes for the New Year,
Jeff
