I have some crushed, rusted and generally useless under-body rails on my
GPW tub and need to replace them. Does anyone make the rail material,
either already in a kit or by the foot? What kind of wood was used to
reinforce the floor? Is there a better alternative available (the wood
likes to hold water against the metal)?
Also I need to find the following items:
16" wheels. Full set of five needed with tires. Prefer split rims.
Glove box door and lock
Tool box lids and locks
6V Generator and regulator (converting back from 12)
Blackout light for left front fender
Ignition switch
Seat cushions - full set of six
Back seat frame
Rifle scabbard for dash
We're also interested in completely replacing the tub if anyone knows of
a good deal. Ours needs a lot of work.
