[MV] Jeep Block

I have a 45 MB Frame with a head that Has Willys Jeep cast in it. The
Block does not have Willys or Jeep on it. On the distributor side of the block
it has the following:
CC on one line then
641087-L-AN1-CR-N2
on the valve cover side it has 1-80 C
The serial number is R3J72271.
Can anyone shed some light on this block.
