Above is correct, upon my restoration I found that the radiator was
black, with
the attached fan shroud painted OD.

I believe these to be a semi-gloss black, or a gloss black. I did mine
in a gloss
black, with a top coat of clear gloss imron to preserve the paint &
hardware.
There are decals on the: valve cover (Hurricane Four), decal on the
oil filter
housing (Fram), & a fording decal on the air cleaner air inlet (domed)
cover/screen assy (almost forgot, that domed cover was painted OD, not
black like
the rest of the air cleaner). I dont believe I saw an electrical system
decal like on my M38. Looking at the TM there is one for the elect
system. Ive in the past have always aquired my decals from rapco.
