A T/O is a standardized organizational chart showing the leadership and
organization breakdown for a military unit. A TBA is a listing of
equipment issued to a unit. A more familiar term might be TO&E- Table
of Organization and Equipment. An example- a mechanized Cavalry troop
is allowed X # of jeeps, each one equiped with a crew of 2, 1 50 cal M2
Machine gun, Pioneer tools, 1 radio, 2 gas cans (5 gal ea) etc...
You get the idea.
