Hi Guys!

I haven't tried a Deuce in the snow, but I have bogged an M-135 into some fun
mud and sand. I dropped it into Low - Low range, and slowly pulled out. Talk
about trenching capability!

By the way, the M-135 did not morph into the M-211. The M-135 is the
6-wheeled version of the M-211 series. It is GMC's version of the Reo M-34
(6-wheeled version of the 10-wheeled M-35). It was found the the 6-wheeled
M-135 performed better off-road then the 10-wheeled M-211, as the outside
wheels of the 10-wheeler had to break a new track, and the 6-wheeler's rear
tandems followed the same track broken by the front wheels. Hope this clears
a few things up.

I have driven an M-135 all over S.E. Texas, and found it likable, unless it
was raining (NDCC tires don't work in the rain!). The only drawback is the
Hydramatic transmission which likes to fail at the most inopportune times (I
have been towed home from all over S.E. Texas, too!)

Just my pennies' worth...

Sincerely,
