I suspect it might not fit, Rob. I have been told numerous times that
Canadian Dodges of that type used and engine which was almost 2" longer
than the earlier US 'T' series, with more metal between the individual
cylinder walls (two of the cylinder pairs on a T214 are quite close
together, presumably as a result of bore size increases, and it is
between these two pairs that the T214 is liable to blow a head gasket
when driven with excess enthusiam (leaving off the governor helps
nicely)

If the T251 is the same length as the T214 then the T236 will be too
long for the job. I'm not sure what length the T251 is, though, so
further advice or a physical check before proceeding would be the
thing. Only place I have ever seen Canadian-built Weapons Carriers in
quantity was in Norway - according to a source there they were
surplussed first because of the non-standard engines and other bits,
might be worth advertising the Canadian engine as it is. Gordon 8-)
