Hello everyone,
Last year I bought an M35 which had been released from the
government 21 years ago. With it I got the form 97. The name on the form
was not the person I bought the truck from. Sometime during the last year
there was a discussion on getting titles. Someone said that some states
will give titles no matter whos name is on the form 97 as long as the new
owners is in posession of the form. Could anyone tell me which states will
give a title even when the form 97 is in someone elses name.
