You can take the wheels apart yourself. It is NOT easy though. The most
important thing is to get the tire away from the ring. The ring must be pried
off. There is not split in it. It usually takes a couple of tools for prying
and a big hammer.
Re assambling them is usually easier. You again myst stretch the ring over the
wheel. Never mix rings and always look to see how rusty the contact area is.
THESE WHEELS CAN BE DEADLY...!
You might want to take them to a tire shop. For the $12-20/tire, it may be
worth it!
