The CCKW and the M35 multifuel had the same 5 speed (OD) shift pattern:

2 5 R
N
3 4 1

The M35 gas had a straight 5 speed

2 4 R
N
3 5 1

The M135/211 had an 8 speed (dual range 4 speed) auto (quite similar to the M5
Stuart tranny)

The CCKW is a constant mesh crashbox and the M35 ones have synchros in higher
gears.

All three trucks have the same master cyl. In the CCKW and the M35/M34 it is
identical. In the M211/135 you need to remove the check valve.

The CCKW and M135/211 use basically the same engine 270 for the CCKW and 302
for the M135/211. The M135/211 block is different from the civy 302. The civy
one has 160 hp and the M135/211 has ~145 (which is the same as a 50's civy
GMC 270)
